Major financial players Morgan Stanley Renewables and Santander Corporate & Investment Banking have jointly committed $520 million to finance the development of six large utility-scale solar projects across Virginia and Pennsylvania with developer Energix Renewables. This significant investment includes both construction financing and tax equity support, helping accelerate construction of new solar capacity in key U.S. markets. The funded projects are expected to generate a combined 416 MWdc of clean energy, boost local economies through job creation, and further Energix’s expanding footprint in the U.S. renewable energy sector.
