Management Team – Poland

Mr. Artur Violante is overseeing Energix`s activity in Poland since 2019.
In his role, he is managing the development, construction, and operation of the company’s projects, and its growth in Poland.
Previously, Mr. Violante was involved in the energy sector in Poland for over a decade, responsible for the development, construction and operations of over 400MW.
Mr. Violante holds a master’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal with specialization in telecommunications.

Agnieszka Wiercińska-Krużewska has been overseeing Energix’s activity as an external counsel in Poland since 2011. In her current role, she co-manages the company’s strategic growth and operations in Poland and Europe. Previously, Agnieszka has been involved in the renewable energy, media and IT sectors in Poland advising Polish and international clients. In 2004 she co-founded one of Poland’s top law firms, where she headed IP/TMT department and was a managing partner. Agnieszka holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Poznań and an LL.M. in Business International Law from the Central European University. She sits on boards of various charities and industry organizations.  

Jakub Art joined Energix in 2023 as CFO and is responsible for all financial matters: project and corporate level financing, liquidity monitoring, reporting, controlling, budgeting, accounting, financial modeling, and supervision of implementation of IT tools.
Jakub Art gained experience in the Private Equity sector as a management board member responsible for financial issues of projects located in Poland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Italy. Jakub holds an ACCA title and a master’s degree in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Joanna Krupa has been working at Energix Group since April 2021. Since October 2024 she is Head of Development Department. At Energix, she is responsible for the development of Wind, PV and BESS projects throughout the country.
Joanna Krupa is an electrical engineer involved in the energy sector since 2009. She has many years of experience in the design of power networks and electrical installations. Since 2020, she has been working in the renewable energy sector.

Maciej Kalinowski joined Energix Polska in 2022 as Head of Legal. He oversees all legal matters related to the company’s operations in Poland and supports its activities in Lithuania.

Mr Kalinowski is a bar-admitted lawyer with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector in Poland since 2009. He has been involved in M&A transactions concerning renewable energy assets and has provided comprehensive legal support across the full life cycle of wind, PV and BESS projects, including development, construction, financing and operations.

He has gained professional experience in international law firms and as an in-house lawyer advising foreign investors. He also holds a postgraduate degree in International Finance.

Dariusz Perkowski joined Energix in 2023 as Business Development Manager. Since March 2025 he is Chief Energy Storage and Flexibility Officer responsible for management of battery energy storage systems and identifying new business models and markets for BESS. He is also in charge of providing ancillary services from wind, PV and BESS assets. 

Dariusz has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector gained in large energy groups and advisory where he held various roles in different areas, including strategy, consulting, M&A and project management. Prior to joining Energix he held a C-level position in a company providing PV and BESS for the C&I sector.
