Mr. Nathan Hetz

Mr. Aviram Wertheim
Director
Mr. Wertheim has been serving as a member of Energix’s Board of Directors since 2011.
Since November 1996 Mr. Wertheim serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd.. In addition, Mr. Wertheim holds dictatorship at Amot Investments Ltd, Carr Properties Corp and PSP Swiss Property AG. Among Previously, among previous positions in his career, Mr. Wertheim was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mizrahi Tefahot as well as partner in Almagor & Co., a leading Israeli accounting firm. Mr. Wertheim is a CPA and holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the Tel Aviv College of Management. Mr. Wertheim volunteers in a wide range of youth education activities as well as in the Israeli Police Forces.
Mr. Oren Frenkel
Director
Mr. Frenkel has been serving as a member of Energix’s Board of Directors since 2014.
Mr. Frenkel serves as Chief Financial Officer of Alony Hetz Properties & Investments Ltd. since the beginning of 2008. Mr. Frenkel a former partner in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he led the economic advisory department. Mr. Frenkel has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. He is a certified public accountant in Israel and the United States.
Ms. Einat Tzafrir
External Director
Ms. Tsafrir has served as an External Director of Energix’s Board since 2023. Ms. Tsafrir specializes in financial consulting as an economist and serves as a financial expert director in publicly traded companies. She has approximately 20 years of experience in the Israeli banking sector, with expertise in credit, economics, risk management, business development, and capital markets. Ms. Tsafrir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Economics, both from Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Linda Benshoshan
External Director
Ms. Benshoshan has served as an External Director of Energix’s Board since 2017.
Ms. Benshoshan is a Co-founder and a Partner at a private real estate fund “Forma” specializing in real estate investments in Europe. She also serves as member of boards and investment committees in various public companies and institutional investors.
Ms. Benshoshan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, sociology and anthropology, as well as a master’s degree in business administration, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s School of Management.
Mr. Meir Shannie
Independent Director
Mr. Shannie has served as an Independent Director of Energix’s Board since 2019.
Mr. Shannie was the CEO of several largest companies in the industry. Previously, he founded I.D.I Direct insurance and was the Chairman of the company over 6 years.
Mr. Shannie served over 14 years as the chairman of The Israeli Society for Autistic Children (“Alut“). Today he volunteers and serves as a director and mentor to a range of non-profit associations.
Mr. Shannie is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University.
Ms. Orna Hozman Bechor
Independent Director
Ms. Hozman Bechor serves as an Independent Director of Energix’s Board since 2021. Ms. Hozman-Bechor is currently Chairwoman of the Board at Ashdod Port Company and has a vast experience as CEO of four government offices in managing multi billion shekels budgets and as a director in government and public business entities.
Ms. Hozman holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Thames Valley University of London, as well as an executive master’s degree in business administration from Bar-Ilan university.
Ariela Lazarovic
External Director
Ms. Lazarovich serves as a board member of Energix Group, several leading public companies in Israel, and as a financial and strategic consultant to public and private organizations. Previously, Ms. Lazarovich served as the Financial Advisor to the Chief of Staff of the IDF and Head of the Budget Directorate at Israel’s Ministry of Defense, where she was responsible for planning and managing budgets and strategic processes.
Ms. Lazarovich specializes in strategic planning, financial management, and leading processes in large and complex organizations, including advising management teams and boards of directors and managing interfaces between public, governmental, and business entities.
Ms. Lazarovich holds a B.Sc. in Economics, an M.A. in Security and Diplomacy, and a master’s degree in business administration.
