Management Team – Israel

Mr. Nir Yeshua is overseeing Energix’s activity in Israel since 2025.
In his role, he is managing the development, construction and operation of the company’s projects, and its growth in Israel.
Previously, Mr. Yeshua held the position of VP of O&M for three years. Mr. Yeshua joined the company after sustained service in the IDF and retired as a Colonel after 27 years.
Mr. Yeshua holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management and a master’s degree in business administration.

Ms. Adi Raanan serves as Energix Israel Chief Financial Officer (appointed in 2025)
In her role she leads Israel’s accounting, project finance, local finance budget & planning, support local region strategy and operational efficiency.
Prior to that, Ms. Raanan served as CFO & IT manager in Infinya packaging (2021-2024).
Prior to that, Ms. Raanan served as a CFO in PHI (2016-2021)
Ms. Raanan holds MBA major in Funding from Tel-Aviv University and bachelor’s degree in economics –from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. Feiler joined the Energix Group in 2018 and has served as General Counsel of Energix Israel since 2022. He leads the legal department in Israel and is responsible for all legal aspects of the company’s operations. Together with the in-house legal team, he plays a key role in supporting the company’s strategic activities in Israel and ensuring legal compliance.
Prior to joining Energix, Mr. Feiler was a senior associate at Meitar Law Offices. Mr. Feiler holds an LL.B. in Law from the College of Management, as well as a B.A. in Arabic, a B.A. in Middle Eastern History, and an M.A. in Arabic, all from Bar-Ilan University

Mr. Kobi Dackar is the VP of operation & maintenance in Israel, in his role, he is responsible for the ongoing and proper operation of electricity production sites in Israel.
Mr. Kobi joined the company after sustained service in the IDF, and retired as a Colonel after 30 years.
Mr Kobi holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.

Amiram joined Energix in 2025 as VP of Business Development in Israel.
Prior to joining Energix he held Prominent positions in the IDF, including commanding Sde Dov Air Force Base, and serving as Israeli Defence Attache to Canada. Amiram retired from the IDF as a Colonel after 30 years.
Amiram holds BSc. In Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben Gurion University, Master of Strategic studies from Alabama University, and Master in Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Yaron Naor joined Energix in March 2021 as Construction Manager in Israel and currently serves as VP of Engineering.
Yaron studied civil engineering at Tel Aviv College.
He is a certified practical civil engineer (since 2000) with over twenty-five years of experience in complex engineering projects.
His background spans high-rise residential buildings in Tel Aviv , large-scale infrastructure developments, and telecommunications towers across Israel and Africa.
He has executed civil infrastructure in Africa and has extensive and proven experience in large infrastructure companies engaged in green energy in Israel
