The Team
The U.S. management team leads the company’s large-scale renewable energy platform, focusing on disciplined execution, scalability, and partnerships. The team oversees project development and delivery across multiple markets, working with landowners, utilities, and investors to support the continued expansion of clean energy in the United States.
Zvi Tvizer
Country Manager and COO Energix US
Mr. Tvizer currently serves as Country Manager and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Energix US, where he oversees the entire life cycle of the company’s renewable energy projects, from development and construction to operation.
With over 30 years of experience in military leadership and corporate management, Mr. Tvizer has a proven track record of successfully leading billion-dollar projects, establishing new branches, opening new markets, and driving growth across both the military and private sectors.
Zvi is a Colonel (Res.) in the Israeli Air Force, who served in top-level commanding positions and accumulated 35 years of experience as a pilot flying F-4 and F-16 combat aircraft.
Zvi holds both a BA in Economics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University in Israel
Oren Hazan
Chief Business Development Officer, Energix US
Mr. Hazan is leading Energix’s business development, project finance, and strategic partnerships in the U.S. Since joining the company in 2024, he has played a key role in expanding its activity and presence across the American renewable energy market.
Oren brings over two decades of leadership experience from the Israeli Navy Special Forces and defence sector, with expertise in strategic planning, operational command, and interdisciplinary project management.
Mr. Hazan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in National Security and Naval Strategy from the University of Haifa.
Wylie Levone
General Counsel, Energix US
Overseeing all legal matters for Energix and its affiliates, including commercial, construction, procurement, real estate and financing transactions, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and other matters
Prior to Energix, Wylie was a Project Finance partner in the Washington, DC office of Hogan Lovells, one of the largest international law firms; his clients included international development finance institutions, domestic and foreign renewable and traditional energy companies
Holds BA in History from Yale University, an MA in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and JD from Yale Law School
